Austin left for the Boy Scout Camporee this evening. 2 nights and 2 days of camping without mom or dad. My little guy is growing up! Have a great time Austin! We love you!!!

Jenni's wrist

We had an appointment this morning. They took more x-rays. The bone is still off 3 millimeters. We have to go back next week for more x-rays.

If it is getting worse we are looking at surgery - wires realigning the bone. Of course she would be sedated if surgery needs to be performed. We will keep you posted.

Austin's Young Author's Day

Austin's book contained 2 historical fiction stories. One about Christopher Columbus and one about Slavery. He included lots of detail. His book was extremely well written. Great job, Austin! We are so proud of you!

Broken wrist

Jennifer broke her wrist. She fell from the monkey bars at school on Thursday. The doctor's confirmed it was broken this morning. She picked out a beautiful purple cast.

She was a trooper. So brave when the doctor had to reset the bone.

Our cat thinks he is human

Blaze fell asleep under the coffee table in order to put his head on a pillow while he slept. Strangest cat ever!

April 17th Softball Game

Jenni played 3rd base and short stop in the outfield and was pitcher during one inning of the game. She even pitched a number of strikes! Way to go Jennifer!

Jenni hit the ball and made it on base during Wednesday evenings game. Great job Jenni!

What a great game the Waxhaw Stars played today while Grandma and Grandpa Royer were watching. They scored two runs - Jenni made one of them. So proud of you Jennifer!

Though we haven't won a game yet, the girls are showing tremendous improvement and they are having fun. Go Waxhaw Stars! We celebrated at Carvel for a job well done!
