It's arcade night at Sandy Ridge Elementary School tonight. It is the fifth grade celebration. No parents allowed. Hope Austin has lots of fun!

I cannot believe Jenni will be in second grade in the fall. This school year has flown by. There are a lot of fond memories of 1st grade. Jenni poses with her BFFs Madison and Sophia.

Miss Strickland's Birthday

Today was Jennifer's teacher's birthday. We decorated the classroom, hung a banner in the teachers lounge, and hung a banner at the entrance of the parking lot.

Jenni got her teacher a pretty little necklace to complete her birthday wishes.

I think it was a wonderful day for a young, wonderful teacher.

Birthday dinner

Austin picked the Mellow Mushroom for his birthday dinner. Followed by a chocolate cookie cake. Hope all your birthday wishes come true, Austin.

Austin's Birthday

Austin is having a great birthday! Dad put up Wanted posters all over the school and we had lunch with Austin. When he got home he opened his presents. He got money to put in the bank for a car he plans to buy in 4 more years (Heaven help us - hope he drives like mom!)

He got a paintball Wii game and Wii gun. He got t-shirts, fossils, a science magic kit, and a Grave Digger model kit.

He also got a paintball field event gift certificate and a metal detector. Exciting!
