The Christmas Pickle

The kids are looking for the Christmas pickle. So fun to watch. It took at least 5 minutes. Austin finally found it and got a little special gift.

Broken pinky finger

Jenni went out to play today and broker her right pinky finger. It definitely swelled and got purple. She had x-rays and a stint put on. Since the break is at the growth plate we will see a hand specialist at OrthoCarolina today. She's a trooper!

Jenni's Holiday Party

Jenni had her Holiday Party at school was today. She made a photo ornament, a snowman, and a tree cookie. So much fun. Her teacher is awesome! Happy Holidays!

Victorian Character Day

Austin was a coal miner at his Victorian Character Day Celebration for language arts. He had to create a character that would have existed during A Christmas Carol era. They all wrote and gave a speech about how their character interacted with Scrooge.

We all had cookies afterwards. Great job Austin. We are so proud of you!

We've Been Jingled

We are so blessed to have wonderful friends and neighbors. The other day the doorbell rang and we discovered that we had been Jingled!

Blaze

We filled Blaze's mouse with fresh catnip this morning. He rolled on the mouse, licked it, and then rubbed our legs to get petted. So hilarious!

Elf on a shelf

Our elf on a shelf, Rocky, is back from the North Pole watching the kids and reporting back to Santa. This year Rocky got a pet reindeer, Winter. Christmas is rapidly approaching! So be good ya'll!
