Hiddenite Gem Mines

We went to Hiddenite Gem Mines this past weekend. Mining in the creek was extremely cold but fun. And sluicing was extremely dirty. We all left wet and dirty and had the best time ever!

We found some fluorite, moonstone, quartz, citrine, aventurine, and mica.
